The processes in the production of fabrics:
Spinning
This is used, depending on the characteristics necessary for the final fabric.
Weaving
We use circular or ketten looms depending on the design of the article.
Dyeing
We have a range of dyeing machines which enable us to carry out both large- and small-scale dyeing jobs.
Finishing
Our facilities are equipped with the most suitable machinery.
Quality control
All our fabrics are subjected to quality controls.
TECHNICAL AND ANTI-STATIC FABRICS
We design and develop fabrics that provide maximum functionality, meeting the market standards wth properties adapted to the footwear sector and to all safety regulations.
We manufacture with antistatic carbon or steel wire (ESD). Any of our technical fabrics can be manufactured with PET yarn and offer the same performance, durability, high resistance and functionality as standard fabrics.

SUSTAINABLE FABRICS

RECYCLED PET FABRICS
Our PET fabrics offer the same technical fibre performance, durability, high strength and workability as regular polyesters, but based on responsible manufacturing.
The result is more sustainable fabrics that meet all quality standards.
Any of our technical fabrics can be manufactured with PET yarn.
